The NECA Future Leaders conference held May 9-11, also with record attendance numbers, hosted a number of topics from career mentoring to IoT and workforce development; attendees also ventured on group tours to visit local contractor, BESCO, Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure and the Nashville JATC.
