The NECA Learning Center was successfully updated and NECA members and Chapters can again browse NECA’s course catalog and register for online training courses.

To thank you for your patience, two new courses on Materials Management and Tool and Equipment Management, developed to assist new project managers with navigating the preplanning phase, have been released.

Materials Management will discuss the project manager’s role in materials management, including the impact on the schedule, storage considerations and financial considerations.

Tool & Equipment Management will discuss the project manager’s role in planning to ensure that the proper tools and equipment are provided in advance of when the crew needs to use them on the jobsite.
