History
In 1974, Marvin Groves Electric Company, Inc. was founded to provide quality electrical work for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and surrounding area. Marvin Groves, Sr. started the company after working for other contractors for 16 years and working as a lineman for Texas Electric Service Co., the local area electrical service provider. While building a successful contracting company, Marvin Groves, Sr. was also grooming his son, Marvin Groves II to manage the company for future growth.
With the supervision of Marvin Groves II, Marvin Groves Sr., and Mr. Billy Harmon, the highly trained electricians and employees of Marvin Groves Electric Co, Inc. continue to offer the same quality of work and service in every job.
Marvin Groves Electric has always taken a personal interest in their clients and in keeping them satisfied enough to become repeat customers. Continuing education keeps the electricians and other trades people up to date with new techniques and new technologies for our customers.
The company has primarily provided industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential electrical work, but has now expanded to include all phases of construction: architectural, engineering services, and design build with all divisions of work included. Whether the project is from the ground up construction, general construction, mechanical, plumbing, or finish work, Marvin Groves Electric provides the same quality of service that has been keeping them in business for the past 30 years.
